Moonradar is an Autobot from Zone and G1 continuity

Moonradar is the commander of the Rocket Base on planet Zone. Hot-headed and impulsive, he tends to rush into action without giving it a great deal of thought, resulting in limited success. Tempering this nature is his best friend, Rabbicrater, who tries to act as a voice of reason for Moonradar. He turns into a red and grey moon buggy.

Voice Actor Ryō Horikawa. (Japanese) Moonradar was seen with Rabbicrater introducing the Zone Base to Cain and Emusa and was activating the defenses for the base when Menasor ,Bruticus,Abominus,and Overlord was attacking the Zone Base stealing Energon Z and ordered the Micromasters to defend the base. However Overlord stole the Energon Z. So he told Rabbicrater, Cain, Emusa, the Battle Patrol Team, and the Super Car Patrol Team to get in a rocket to follow the Decepticons only to be caught in BlackZarak's laser net. However the Jet Patrol Team cut the laser net. Later the Autobots were fighting Predaking, Trypticon, Devastator, and King Poseidon. Dai Atlas and Sonic Bomber came to the rescue by killing all 3 combiners and Trypticon. The Autobots later wowed at the zodiac. Later Victory Saber declared the Powered Masters the new Supreme Commanders of the Autobots. Enter the New Supreme Commander, Dai Atlas!
